First party data is the user data that website owners gather about their visitors. Such kind of data is deemed to be the most valuable, and is collected as a result of the user’s interaction with the website, filling in the forms, placing requests, purchasing the products, ordering services. First party data is stored within the corporate company’s CRM and loyalty program databases.
